We machine alot of the Dart and Bowtie blocks and either one will be good for 800 horse and Dart has a Little-M Sportman block that is rated at 900 horse and is about 300.00 cheaper then the Little=M with billet caps.

A Sportsman Block line honed, squared and decked, blue print bored and plate honed, lifter bores clearanced, water holes in the decks matched to the head gasket, cleaned ready to go and shipped to your door 2595.00 if you live in the U.S.

And the Darts have a little more clearance for strokers then the Bowtie block.

Little M also has bigger, relocated coolant passages that accomodate larger displacements. Higher nickel content ans more meat in the main webing area (which is why they weight a few pounds more).
