Here is the pic of the car. I am really wanting to go with a vintage wheel as this car is pretty unmolested. No bling bling on this car. :D Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

These are the original radirs from the 60s in cast.

I like the Rally's on it now. If you want to switch I would go with original Torque Thrust as my first choice and original 1960's radir's as my 2nd choice. The Rally wheels look great on first gen's. I don't like them that much on 2nd gen's. If it was a 2nd gen I'd go with 5 spoke Z28 OE wheels.

Nice looking car!!

He's going to keep the rallys but EVERYONE has them. He's wanting a wheel to set his car apart. I think the Cast Radirs look awesome myself as they are period correct and scream vintage. But that's just me. :)

I have the AR 200s on my '67. They kinda have an old school look.

Robert - we called those "daisy" wheels back in the day. Someone here called them "coke bottle" wheels and that name has stuck with me ever since. Another good retro choice...

I like these the best of what you've shown. The Daiseys, or what ever you call them, also come with a rough cast center like the touque thrust. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y178/FunkyuNova66/Radircast1.jpg

I went with mini-lites on mine.

I went for a stock looking 69z28 look on my car. I had a hard time choosing between the original torque thrust and the rallyes. I have the rallyes with 67 center caps. since you want something different I vote for the original torque thrust.

Funky, I have a 67 rs/ss with redlines on original rallies and flat caps. Looks good but I can seem to figure out how to add photo to show you. If interest send me an email. I'll send you a photo.

I like ralleys on a 1st gen as well...but I really like them painted the same color as the car...the color contrast with the chrome ring and center looks great

I like the look of the original rally wheels, but purchased a set of Torque Thrust Originals with BFG Radial TA's, blackwall out, on Monday,so I can switch back and forth between original and a retro look. I think the light grey centers will look great with the stock blue color, which is what I also have on my 69! I went with 15x7 wheels with a 215 60 15 tire on the front and a 225 60 15 tire on the rear. The 235 60 15's Im running on the rally wheels seem to hit the RS splash shields on the front tires sometimes.

For the stock or retro look I would say stick with the ralleys.
Second would be the Torque Thrust D's.

Third would be the old slots. or the new repops in 15".

Original Torq thrusts.

If you keep the ralleys, go with the short 67 caps.
