I just bought a 69 coupe with no front sheetmetal. I'll need to find a radiator support, inner fenders, outer fenders and hood. After looking through the FAQ it looks like some people love the aftermarket sheetmetal, and some people hate it. Since I need everything who makes the best replacement parts and where is the best place to buy it. I'm in NorCal and if possible I'd like to find something close by, so I could pickup rather than have to have it shipped. Thanks

I have used products from Goodmark in the past and I have been relatively happy with them. I say relatively because almost every aftermarket panel that I have used, from whatever company, has required a little 'tweaking'. I would go to the www.goodmarkindustries.com (http://www.goodmarkindustries.com) website and click on the Authorized Dealers link to find someone in your local area. Hope this helps.

Matt's Bowtie is in Corcord and he is a member here, he always has cowl hoods and fenders in stock:

Or, National Parts Depot in Ventura.
Or, Ground-up Restoration is the sponsor here.

call matt's classic bowties. ask for matt or kim. if you buy the whole front end at one time he will cut you a deal. i've shopped around and he's the cheapest. he's a really nice guy and so is kim. 1-866-mattsgm.

Yeah, I have bought a lot of stuff from Matt's. They are easy to work with, and have the best prices.

Thanks for the quick replies. I'll give Matt's a call and see what he can do for me. Nice to have a resource for this stuff close enough to pickup.
