HI is it worth changing over to single plane victor jnr & going up in CFM carb size ?
IM am running zz454 9.6 comp ,cam is comp hyd roller 230/236@ 50 ,RMP airgap 750dp holley with proform centre body extra 50 cfm so carb should be around 800 cfm ,heads are 110cc alloy edelbrock units recoval, 2 inch primary headers
Power level at moment at flywheel is 535hp at 5800 rmp,560ftlbs 4000 rpm
Plus Zex perimeter 150hp plate nitrous system
TH400, 3000 stall, 3.42 gears 26 -28 inch tall drag radials
Car weight around 3700-3800 lbs,
So the magic ques is is it worth going up to say 850dp and vic jnr ,what gains would i expect to see if any
thanks victtor

Depends on what you are going to be doing. Street car no, strip car yes.

Right now your combo is pretty matched up, and very potent for the street. If you plan to get a bigger cam to go with the single plane and move your powerband up in rpm's, and shift higher then yes. But if your planning to leave the cam then stay with what you've got. As for the carb you may see a slight gain with the set up you have, but is the small power gain worth the money to you? With the larger cam and new intake you would see more of an improvement.
