I don't know about putting a 4+3 behind a setup like that. I had an 84 Corvette with the 4+3 and I wasn't impressed with it, especially when it went bad!! It worked great for cruising down the interstate but the rest of the time it was useless. They were known for failing (as I found out). I think there is some better overdrive units out there. My corvette didn't put out anywhere near the HP your car does!!
