My 69 has the original 350 with a stock 2 BBL that was just freshly rebuilt by Holley.

After the engine reaches operating temperature and I turn it off....It is hard to start as it seems as it floods out slightly.

It does start....but It takes some serious cranking w/ the gas pedal floored.

Other than that the car runs great..

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks, Dan

hmmm maybe too much line pressure causing the float seat to cause fuel to seep?
or bad float adjustment

Does it have a choke? If not, perhaps the mixture is too rich to compensate for the choke on a cold start and it's too rich for a hot start.

Check for dirt in the float valve and reset the float level
