Search nastyz28.com, there are lots of lowers out there, although most agree there is no real benefit to using them on a 2nd gen.

Check Heidts, Fatman, Total Cost, and some others. I thought GW did too, actually.

Check Speed Tech, also BMR.
Tubular lower arms don't do anything for geometry, the ability to reposition the lower spring seat is sometimes a help with cut coils.
