Does anyone have these figures for front and rear track?
I am comparing the new Shelby GT500 to a 1967 Camaro.
wheelbase - 107.1 (ford) vs. 108
length/width/height -188/73.9/54.5 (ford) vs. 184.6/72.5/51
weight - 3879 (ford) vs. 3384
Ford: Engine 330 ci - 500hp (supercharged) 480 torque
Trans - 6spd manual
1/4 mile - 12.7 @ 114.2 (12.7@114.2)
Camaro: Engine - your choice   :p
tires: f-255/45ZR18 r-285/40ZR18 (ford) Camaro = your choice :p
Weight distribution - 58%/42% (ford) Camaro = 55/45 - 1967 - with brass four core radiator, iron heads, headers, alum intake, steel cowl hood, with a full tank of gas and spare tire in the trunk had a 55/45 F/R balance (from - david pozzi). I hope to get my convertible to 54/46 or 53/47 with aluminum heads, & light weight stuff.
Steering ratio = 15.7:1, 2.8 lock to lock (ford)
I am looking to build my '67 into a Shelby killer. I would really like the f/r track figures.
Thanks guys!
