I am new to this forum , this is my first posting , and am somewhat new to the Camaro values. I have known about this car for 23 or 24 years , Its a 1971 Z-28 , 11,000 original miles , original paint in very good condition , it was driven for 1 summer by the original owner and then converted in to a superstock race car , It has the original std. bore block , but this engine has been built into a Superstock (roller cam 13 to1 comp.) engine, the rear of the car has been "half tubbed" the original, outer wheelwells are intact but the inners have had tubs welded in and thus the trunk floor and frame rails have been cut extensively , the car has a 9" ford rear and ladder bar suspension , and the trans is now a race prepped 400 turbo , the interior is almost perfect except for the tach bolted to the dash pad , and the modified (narrowed) rear seat that was squeezed between the tubs . the car has a rollcage in it . Its silver with the dual black stripes , black vinyl roof , blue interior , factory radio delete, std. steering and power disc brakes. the car has never seen rain and has always been in heated storage ! asking price is 18.000 Canadian dollars . is this in range for a car with these modifications ? any help would be appreciated thanks
