With P275-60R-15's on the back I can't help but throw crud all over the rear qtr's. I was thinking about using a few snaps in the wheel wells so that I could take them off when I park it somewhere and then snap them on when I drive it. I just don't know if they (the snaps) will be strong enough to keep the flap on. I don't want to rolling down the highway and have one come off. ------------------ Cars: 68 RS/SS BB ragtop (http://home.swbell.net/paxtonr/camaro.htm) 63 Nova II ragtop (http://home.swbell.net/paxtonr/nova.htm) Club: Camaro Club of Kansas City (http://camaroclubkc.com) 67stock Apr 21st, 01, 08:43 AM The ones I saw went on with 2 of the bolts from the inner fender almost like they were made specifically for 1st gens. Never thought about snaps though. Black69 Apr 21st, 01, 03:02 PM Your local Chevy dealer can usually get them with camaro or a bow tie on them. They have several different options. Check them out. jvolk81 Apr 21st, 01, 03:42 PM Who needs mudflaps? After a few nasty burnouts you should have a nice protective rubber coating on the quarters. http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif |
