What's the better choice,

eagle H beams or Scat I beam 7 / 16 rod bolts...

The engine will be a 500 hp 406 SBC roller engine.


Gotta make a purcase soon. I had eagle H beams in my dodge drag car, but I'm a chevy guy now.. ha.

I can't speak to the Scats but I have Eagle 6" H-beams in my roller 406. No problems yet after beating the snot out of it for 2 years. No clearance issues either with a stock base circle cam.
