On page 141 UPC 11-13 Sheet A5 of the " Camaro 67 Factory Assembly Instruction Manual" part Number 3921854 Retainer. Part number 10 of the diagram.
Please let me know what is this and were can I get this retainer.

sitting in a hotel room right now so i do not have my aims with me however, check out www.oldmusclecars.com (http://www.oldmusclecars.com) they offer gm parts and their on-line catalog has excellent exploded views.
the other gm parts distributor i use is gm parts direct.

I am looking at the page now and it looks like its factory welded to firewall for the fender skirt so it should already be there unless.....

I'll bite. If you look at the previous page (page 140 item 5 view D) there is a flap there which is stapled to the retainer. I belive, that it basically is there to prevent water from hitting the column. You can see from the view D that the brace (item 2 on page 141) has a cutaway view from the flap. Hope I explained it well enough.

67CruiseMasterCamaro, you are telling that this retainer is a support for the seal 3921853 shown on page 140 item 5, so this retainer is not welded to the car as HOGDADDY said. Were can I buy the retainer (3921854), the seal (3921853) and the fender skirt braces (3919135 and 3919136).

I believe those fender skirt braces are availablr repro also I see em on Ebay frome time to time.

I can't tell you if they are repopped. I see them on Ebay also from time to time. Some of the cars I have seen they leave this part off since it is a pain to install with the flap.
