Hood clearance, special headers for the tall block. Most everything else would be normal big block.

Interference between valve cover and wiper motor. Also might have interference with a large diameter power break booster and the valve cover. Not sure if accesory bracketry is affected or not by the tall deck, but I'd look into it.
I seem to recall hearing of cross member and steering linkage interference with the oil pan that's required with this engine too.
Headers might also run into your control arm cross shaft bolts...I know they come close with my ZZ502, so I assume the taller deck might make this even closer.

IMHO...a ZZ502 with a Procharger would be more fun at near the same cost...

...But there is something about the cool factor of carrying around 572 cubic inches between the tires.
