Does any one know what the correct size the hole should be for the shifter to go through in the floor? It has console if it makes a diff. Some one cut mine bigger. graemlins/clonk.gif

The one for the wifes car measures 4 3/4" long and 3 1/4" wide.

It should be about the same size as the bottom of the shifter tunnel on your console. If it is too much larger than that, the shifter boot will not screw into the hump.
