O.k. Guys & Gals I need some feedback here. Basically I own a 67 Pro Street Camaro and I am looking for a good color combo to paint it. I pretty much have endless color choices because I run a bodyshop. What would be your most favorite color choice for this car. Here are some details of it now. The interior is black,roll cage is also black, Weld Magnums with the gold centers, 6"cowl hood,Emblems and wheel well trim in tact. I need to get this thing painted within 2 months. I have seen so many cars & so many different colors, I cant pick one. It does have the factory style spoiler on it as well. Please give me feedback. Rallye Green Black stripes

I know what your mean Im not ready to paint my 69 yet but I always like to have a plan.I'm almost ready to start building the motor,Iknow what wheels I'm going to run,I know how I want to do the interior,I know exactly how I want it to look sitting in the driveway(stance).I cant tell you what color I want it,I probably think about it 3 or 4 times a day.I've been around paint n body for many years and like you the choices are endless.Red,blue,white,black green,etc are all real nice on somebody elses car I want something more.House of colors candy? ghost flames?Custom color?Where does it stop?Every time I really start thinking about it (every couple of hours)I come up with dark candy blue with lots of pearl with ghost flames.I also like the house of colors greens.If my car was pro street as yours is it would deffently have a wild skin on it,What about dark mettallic purple with graphics or ghost flames or air brush on it?Purple would go good with thw welds JMO.

I'll second the Rally Green, but with a black bumblebee stripe.

My first choice is black. Second choice is black and if you don't like that color either, consider black. :D

1.Black with a light metalic blue Bumble bee stripe and pin stripe.
2.3 stage Copperhead pearl with a shade darker Bumble bee.
3.Pewter with black stripes.
4. Could do some old school stenciling to it?

Deepwater Blue. It's an original 67 color and looks stunning. Changes color depending on the light. Looks black at night, dark metalic blue in bright sun light and in the shadows kinda purple. truly awsome color. Also like 69 Fathom Green.

2004 Prowler Midnight Blue with metallic gold Z stripes.

Silver W/ Black SS stripes or Silver W/ Black bumble bee stripe. There are so many silvers to choose from and the color will not show nearly as many flaws in the paint job so if you "paint it black you devil" make sure your painter is a real good one! Merry Xmass to you all

Johnny Boy, To be honest with you that was the first color choice. It is actually already jambed in a 2002 VW Reflexxion silver. The color is almost like chrome out in the sunlight. I have made so many changes to the car and no longer like silver as my choice. My biggest thing is that I can have any color under the rainbow but cant pick one to save my life. The body is veeery staight and flaws "wont be allowed".. Being that I was the body guy and I will be the painter I have no choice but to blame myself if there is anything wrong. It has been primed and blocked 4 time with House of Kolors primer and I am debating on another go around with the primer. I can think of a color for anybody elses car within minutes but for the life of me,this one has got me stumped! What do you guys think of the Cadillac Escalade blue of Subaru WRX blue? Once again I appreciate all of the opinions on this. Merry Christmas!

i have always liked Cortez silver with Tux Black z-stripes over the hood and on the trunk pan. Or I have concidered a medium to bright red with a white pearl z stripe for my car.

Subaru WRX Blue is pretty cool as well as the Escalade Blue, both are very similiar to the 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Electron Blue that I picked to paint my 69 Camaro. See signature link for pictures, its still in paint jail.

My choice of colour is grenada gold with a black bumblebee stripe or black with a white Z stripes.

How about Canyon Copper with black stripes? Should stand out in a crowd.

How about Royal Plum with white bumble bee and parchment int.

Here is my choice. It should stand out in a crowd.

What about Butternut yellow? Kind of a lost color..

I painted my 69 ss black with daytona yellow z stripes like Spiro Pappas and his 69 rs-ss,which ran the fastest street car drags,rare is what I wanted,something different,everone has a red car, and it will be great once my custom leather interior in black and yellow is completed this spring,mine is a show car,but porche red would have been my second choice with black z-stripes.

But I have to admit my first thought was granada gold w/ black bumble bee. Nothing says late 60's better than that gold. :cool:

I might be biased... but I like Marina Blue with a White stripe & Black interior!
