hi,
i have a 68 camaro with a 327 . i have a/c and power steering with the short waterpump. for the life of me i can not figure out what pulley i need for the crank. does anyone have the same set up? i would love to see some pics of it please. im trying to get back to original and i need to find the crank pulley that works. the pulley on there now is 3 groove pulley #3972180. i know thats the wrong one. since i only use 2 grooves now, im thinking i only need a 2 groove pulley. the problem, as i see it, is the spacing from the edge of the harmonic balancer to the first pulley groove is 3/4 inch with the current incorect pulley and it works. the pullies i see for the camaro with the same set up sit flush on the H.B. if i use that one i dont think the belts will line up. any ideas? any sudgestions?

I am pretty sure I have the stock config. The best way to explain it is a single groove AND also an add-on pully on the crank. This leaves you with a 2 groove set up and it is spaced like a 3 groove.

I have a "dead space" between the single and the add-on.

Hope this helps.
