OK I know the convertible 69 camaros are suppose to have these drains but my newest purchase DOES NOT HAVE THEM!! Im talking about the two drainage points just in front of the rear wheel that usually has a rubber flap in front of it. I have had cars with the rubber flap and cars without the rubber flap, BUT NEVER A CAR WITH NO FLAP AND NO HOLE!! How is this possible and what can I do to fix it? I only hope the car has never seen water or there could be a lake inside there!! Any ideas?? thoughts??

I thought I had the same problem with my 67 Vert until I dumded a qt of water down the rain spout, it turns out the water in turn ran out small weep holes just to the rear of the quarter panel in front of the rear tires. No problem on my 67 and there is no rubber flap.
