At low RPM's runs great, but when I get higher RPM's 4 Barrell Kicks in missing. Sounds like valvles on drivers side. Could it just be out of time? or what else could it be.

Could be bad plug or plugs or firing order is wrong and/or too advanced. Check firing order and then plugs.

Could also be weak valvesprings or a weak fuel supply. Lots of things it could be. Best thing to do would be to start with the basics...timing set properly, valves adjusted properly, floats set correctly, plugs look ok, etc etc.
How about more specifics like engine and drivetrain specs?
