Anybody ever clone this car? or seen one? 1977 Bill Mitchell Concept Camaro

I really love those Minilite wheels...
It looks like they started with a 77 Z28 (w/painted window trim and bumpers).

I had a couple of the 1980 Bill Mitchell huggers (90 made) over the years. Much more gaudy then this one. I will try to find some pics.
