hey guys i just bought this 86 camaro from this guy the car was running for about a week but rough so i changed the plugs wires and cap the whole nine yards and now it is not starting i checked to see if it had spark and it does what else could it be please help

Does it have an electric fuel pump? You should hear it with the key turned to on for about 30 sec if it does.

You can pull the fuel pump relay and bypass it temporarily to make sure the FP runs and that the relay isn't faulty. I will attempt to illustrate the relay socket terminals to short with this ascii art drawing. The arrows point to the connections to short.
