I know I should've listened,,, but I didn't. So, now that I've got these generic one size fit everything from a 1948 Segrave Arial Ladder to a 1977 MGB front wheelwell moldings what can I do with them. I really can't put em where the wife suggested so, "HELP", there must be some kind of tricks you guys used to get yours to fit. I promise, next time I'll listen?? Thanks Kevin

Scrap metal? Seriously, you can drill holes to make them fit, but they still don't look right, and stick out like a sore thumb. I'd throw them in the trash and chalk it up to a lesson learned, or slap them on eBay and try to get 20-30 bucks for them, and look for some NOS ones! Which year are you talking about, 67, 68 or 69???

That's kinda what I'm thinking, but now I've got to make em work. It's the principal. How can NEW parts be so far off, and it sounds like that they have been off for quite some time? After going to the Cart Craft show, there seem be a lot of cars in my same situation. Most everyone says "They were on the car when they got it." Damn, I was hoping I wasn't the only idiot graemlins/clonk.gif to buy these.

It,s an almost done 68 Sport Coupe. Thanks Kevin

I thought you guys said these things would be hard!! They went on almost as easy as the backs. All it took was a small rubber hammer to mold the areas on the inside that weren't quite right. However, I did paint the insides black to hide any gaps. There was only one, that was noticable and it wasn't any wider that a couple sheets of paper. I couldn't be any happier. Man do they look good!!! Kevin
