What could these be from? They are 15x6 Rallys stamped "GM" and "K1". The only stamp near the valve is a big "B".

Any ideas?

The tire is off and I checked the inside of the rim--there are no obvious markings inside. I looked for a "JJ" but don't see it. I may have to clean them up a bit more to find something. I'm estimating their size based on them being 1" shorter than teh 15x7 rallys I already have.

1967 and 1968 full size Chevy's used that size, so did the 67 & 68 Z and the 67 Corvette

not sure what the correct code is, but that SIZE was used on those cars

Brent,

Perhaps they're actually "DB", "XB" or "YB" rally wheels that the person stamping them went too close to the valve stem hole and "missed", so you can't see the first letter? How many wheels do you have with this on it?

The only wheel I could find coded with a single "B" was a 14x5 "standard" wheel used on various cars from 65-69.

Ed,

Thanks--I will post pics tonight--the "B" is much larger than the typical 2-digit stamping. I'm wondering if GM sold these as over-the-counter rims or something not directly connected to a specific car...

can you post a pic of the rims? Df is the code for the 15x6 camaro wheel.

Hmmmm....but what are "B" code rally wheels..?

VERY early '67 Corvettes used a "B" 15x6 rally wheel, then they changed to "DC".

What does "JJ" mean??

"JJ" is the SAE code for the contour of the rim drop-section.

Thanks John. I couldn't find the info anywhere on the web. Here are pics of the codes on the wheel:
