I was looking for an old PM from last Mar or Apr with a phone #. Site says that I have 8 but only see 4. Is there a way to view the old ones or do they drop off after a period of time? Maybe I'm just not hitting the right buttons. Thx,Jim

There are "Inbox" and "Sent" folders in your PM box. Not sure which is the default, but you might have to click on the other. As far as automatic deletes based on time, Im not sure.

No auto deletes to my knowledge. The total count does include msgs in your inbox and your sent items.

Thx guys.....I've obviously deleted some inbound PM's that I've received but I found the email of the person that I was trying to contact so all is o.k. Didn't realize that sent messages counted towards your total. Now the sent and recieved numbers add up. Jim

There is no delete by time for the PM's, they will hang around forever.

A suggestion for the totals? When you send or reply to a PM just look a bit further down the page:
Additional Options
and you can unselect [ ] to NOT save a copy in your sent folder. Makes it easier to keep control.

Also, on the bottom right of the page is the ability to download a copy of your messages in several formats so you can have a copy at home and clean out your PM box.
