I need a set of rocker moldings for my 69. I see that Rick's offers two different sets of them. One set is more expensive.
I also see how much NOS ones are selling for on Ebay. And that made me think maybe the repros were junk.
Can anyone who has bought these comment on the quality etc, of them?
Thanks.

I've heard the Goodmark rocker spears are very nice compared to the NOS pieces.

Has anyone bought the newer more expensive repro's?

I bought the more expensive ones from Rick's and have originals to compare with. Other then the first set twisted (when they jammed them down the PCV pipe) the repros didn't look any different then the originals. Not a piece I would spend NOS money for. Repros fine IMHO.

If you haven't installed these before buy the cheap ones. Learn how to do it with the cheap ones then buy another cheap set or spring for the high priced ones. They dent real easy and it takes patience to get them on without screwing them up. I only took 2 sets of the cheap ones to get mine on right.
