I want to put a 5 speed transmission into my 68 Camaro. I don't want to spend allot of money doing it either. Can I pull a 5-speed out of a wreck Iroc?

hmmmm, yes you could, and it would not be terribly difficult to make it all fit, but...
That T5 is rated at about 250 ft-lbs of torque. Unless you are running a stock 2bbl 307, open rear, and 14" bias ply tires, it's life will be limited.
