When you upholster seats using ultra suede, do you follow the same rules as for vinyl,leather or tweed ? i.e. you add thin foam for extra padding, spray adhesive on both the foam and the suede ?

Also how do you do when you have the little metal grommets that you want to add to seats and door panels ? Like on the Foose Camaro's ? I have the grommets, but not sure how to add them to suede, what to use as a backing material ?

btw these are not the stock seats, they're Toyota Celica/Supra seats, fully adjustable ones
