This is only a 67 camaro vin tag. This vin doesn't prove a Z/28. You would need the cowl tag (which is not included) to document a Z/28.

Yes, he would need the trim tag to with the Z/28 code. If this was really a Z/28 maybe Jerry M would have the VIN on file.
