I can't answer your question for sure...but I doubt it. I bought a new 69 Camaro GM quarter in 1991 from a local dealership.

The papers I got with my car said it had new quarters put on 4 10 97 not 95

Yes. Quarter skins were (up to the beltline) They were really 67's.If you had a 68 you had to cut out the marker light hole yourself. Full quarters were not reproduced back then.
