Engine code for 67 Camaro 327 two barrel carb with powerglide trans. and AIR pump system. Heads date code may be correct for the 67 year also.

You sure this isn't original engine? what is build date on Trim Tag?

My Chevrolet by the Numbers (by Alan Colvin) lists the heads as being Camaro 327 / 210 hp

The L216 translates to Dec 21, '66 - - which is in line with your motor build (01/05)

I'd expect a Trim Tag build date of 01C or 01D

CRG lists 3D as "LAMP COURTESY" which was RPO U29.

Am I mistaken or does he have 2 different vin #s posted above. One was taken from the door and the other under the cowl vent panel. It seems like one is a L for LA and the other is a N code for norwood.

something is wrong. looks like someone may have changed the trim tag. for car to be nantucket blue the paint code should be DD with a 1 next to it for white vinyl top. for black standard interior should be 760. post a new topic under Tag Team with all this info(cowl tag, vin#s,and the information you have already determined, nantucket blue paint,etc.). someone there maybe able to help, specifically Kurt S. with camaros.org. he maybe able to look up the Vin in his database. joe
