If there is debris in the converter you could contaminate the new tranny. earthquake68 Dec 18th, 06, 09:52 PM I agree with oneofakind, DON"T put a converter from a bad trans on to a good trans. That converter has, I'm sure, quite a bit of clutch matirial in it. Why risk it. For about $300 you can put a nice stahl in it. BTW, 1800 is about the equivelant of a worn stock converter. |
