I remember driving around the block a few times sitting on a cement block in a '69 GTO vert. No top, no interior. Did a nice burn out to boot. Seems perfectly normal to me... well twenty something years ago it did.

i couldn't really see the pic real clear, but does the arm rest hinge down when you enter the car? im not sure if you have to pay extra for that?..:) ..i have done the same thing with a cement block, usally when im ready to go back in the house..i needed to go for that ride around the block to let my neighbors know i was comming in for the night;)

You might want to somehow fasten your lawn chair to the floor. A buddy of mine used a 5 gal bucket to sit on in his 67 Nova SS but when he did a burnout he fell off of the bucket and just about wrecked is car. Pretty funny ****!

wow there are a lot of guys riding on buckets , concrete block , etc. The urge for that first ride is stronger than I thought . I have heard stories like that around here but thought it was an isolated thing , and I have to admit I considered it too before I had my seats in.
