I want to paint my undercarrige the same as the rest of the body. What could I top-coat with to prevent chips? Has anyone ever tried rocker panel coating? How bout painting over undercoating, does that work?

I meant the textured stuff like on rocker panels and that sort of stuff. I don't know what bodyshops do in that case. ------------------ Austin Apr 21st, 01, 05:13 AM Road (or gravel) guard can be painted over, just check it over good for chips. If its chiped remove it and then get it re applied if wanted.
