Well after a rocky start 3 years ago, suffering through a miscarriage, and some other misc. issues, this past Monday (12/18/06), my wife gave birth to our first born.

We were blessed with a 6lb 2oz little girl, and we named her Audrey Lynn.

I am amazed everytime I look at her, and have to say it's an awesome feeling.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! :hurray: :hurray: My wife and i also suffered thru multiple miscarriages (5 to be exact) before we had our son Jack this past March. It is an amazing feeling...and i promise you it only gets better and better.

P.S. She is beautiful and that is the exact same car seat we had...he just switched to a bigger one this week...it goes so fast.

Make sure you keep the build sheet and protecto plate for that one. She will be a classic before you know it and you will wonder where all the time went.

When you have kids they are grown before you know it. Take plenty of pictures and video. They also make for good black mail when meeting new boyfriends!!! How do I know this???

Thanks.. The sleepless nights will end and things wil just keep getting better. I have a 7 year old boy. Baseball, soccer, gymnastics, ect... It's a good time! I feel for you when she has a boyfriend! LOL, Enjoy!!!

Congrats, she's gorgeous. Enjoy every minute of it you can of it. My son is now a year and a month old and it's unbelievable how quick the first year has gone by. One minute there completely dependant on you the next the running around getting into everything.........you will love the first year,(I sure have)enjoy.:D

One week in, and already it's changing. It's amazing how she took over the household. My newborn daughter truly has the control of the house! ... besides the crying (not too bad), I love it. Awesome.
