I just got the call from Paragon a little while ago. I start on January 3rd. :hurray: WAHOO!!!! Not only do I have a job now, but one of the benefits is work done on my car for 10% above cost. My thoughts in that area are to stay after hours and learn from these guys instead of them doing the work.

I am so excited!!!:yes: And looking forward to starting a new path on an old career. Thanks for all the support. I'll keep you posted on how things go.

Thank you to all. You're right. This does make the holidays that much easier to enjoy. We were starting to get a little nervous that the unemployment and our savings would run out before I found something. Thank goodness that won't be the case. AND I am sure I'll get the opportunity to pick up some skills for restoring my car, even if I only get to watch.

Good things do come to good people :hurray: Seeing santa came to you early, I guess he can just fly over your house ;) Just remember take it easy with that shoulder because you do not want to be back at the doctors again and go under the knife :( Happy Holidays to you and the family. Oh BTW, My friend has a complete 55 Chevy drive train ( Rebuilt 265 and 3 speed trans w/rear end ) and an original 55 radio for sale so tell hubby about it.

As of now, I am making the shoulder a non issue. I have been in and out of therapy for a year, and this is as good as it gets. Since I will be spending my time on the phone and computer I shouldn't have any problems. (I hope)
