Hi and thanks for any advice i get. I have a 94z and just about a week ago i started fealing like the car try to choke when i punch in the gas, at first it would only do it on 1st gear. then as the days went buy i started to feel like it would choke when i would punch it on 1st 2nd 3th and 6th gear, on 6th gear the car would kinda shake. I try new fuel filter, and yesterday i change the spark plugs and wires, and now the car hesetates even move, it feels like it dont have power. any ideas could i have put the plugs or wires wrong?

Might as well toss the cap and rotor if you already replaced the wires and plugs.
Also could be your carb or injection probably needs adjusting and cleaning.

Double check the firing order, and that all plug wire caps are fully seated at the distributer and at the sparkplugs.

check firing order its good, double checked that wire cap is set on distributer and spark plug, there was one wire that was not fully connected to distributer but set it right but still the same thing, looses power hesetates too much. how can i test my egr valve?

Most of us here, are first generation camaro owners. a website you can try is : http://www.delteq.com/opti_design.htm or http://www.ls1.com . :)

Hey guys, in 94 they don't have distributors. They have coil paks. The opti-spark module is most likely the culprit. They go bad quite often in those cars and cause all kinds of problems. Have it diagnosed at a dealer and get it replaced imediatly if that's the problem. If it started acting up, it's not long until your sittin' on the side of the road.

Well, I guess I was thrown off by something. Maybe the mention of a distributor in everyone's post. Sorry, won't happen again.
