RED?, WHITE? or BLACK? A difinitive answer would be a great help, Thanks William Apr 25th, 01, 02:57 PM A Garnet red '69 Z/28 would almost always have black stripes. If the car had a Parchment vinyl roof it would have white stripes. The area under the vent grille is always stripe color. Wiper linkage should be black, no overspray. Early production Z/28s built at Norwood with white stripes had white paint all over the firewall also. I have seen original paint late Norwood Camaros with white overspray past the seam line. With heavy runs in the corners. I have also seen a bare steel area between the black out and the body color on firewalls on original paint car. It seems they were all different... BKH | ||
