Mat Klemp Dec 23rd, 06, 05:28 PM Cool. My sister inherited a 25-27 model TT truck (Ford Ton Truck, basically a model T with closed cab and stake bed.) I amd currently in the process of putting it back together. They are very interesting machines. I look forward to driving the kids in parades while they are still young. TTFN Mat Camaro Dave Dec 23rd, 06, 05:46 PM Good deal! It sounds like a heck of a project, but will be worth it in the end. Good luck with it! gro51 Dec 23rd, 06, 06:34 PM I learned to drive (in about '77) in my Dad's '59 Ford pickup. Straight 6, 3-on-the-tree, stepside. Brings back a lot of memories. I was the only one of my gang to have my license at that time. I used to pick up my buddies, 2 in the cab and 3 or 4 more in the back, and go cruising and raising hell! I also had a '70 International pickup a few years later named "Bruno". Old trucks are cool! Good luck with you project! Tell them Buck sent you... :) roger that. I think I may go origianl. beins' my grandpa bought it new. dad said the motor still turns over.... i told my bro to send pics.... (would be cool with a ramjet 502 tho....) 1972lt1 Dec 24th, 06, 01:58 AM Much respect to you if you keep it stock. Everybody gets something and "upgrades" it. Flatheads and straight sixes are getting as rare as a real COPO car. DOUG G Dec 24th, 06, 04:36 AM (would be cool with a ramjet 502 tho....) 572ci 720R  But honestly... I would keep it stock or as near as possible IMO. |
