Its a 3931067 cast, dated E59 for a 396/427 I believe. Any idea what it should sell for in used condition? It hasn't been used since the late 70's.

I hope this link works but I'm trying to find out if the intake I'm selling is stock from factory. A person asked me if the area that is milled between two of the barrels came from factory that way or was it altered?

Any help would be appreciated.

Tony,

That's correct and factory. Looks just as it should...

I've got 3 of these intakes at my shop. I was wondering on value too. They weigh a ton. I'm going to save 1 of them for the SS 396 resto though. And I'd still hate to bolt it on they're so heavy. Maybe I'll throw it in the trunk for the new owner when the day comes. LOL

Seems to be a ton of these with December date codes so they dont do as well. Other dates before and after bring better money....as long as you have a least two guys looking for the same date :)

Are you referring to the date I posted? I thought I read that it would be a May 5, 1969 based upon E59? Just curious.

No, the date you have is correct for May 5, 69. I'm saying it will most likely bring better money than if it were dated in December as it seems that cast date is seen rather often. For what reason I dont have a clue?
