keel, most the LM1's Ive seen have front disc brakes, especially with A/C. What are the numbers off the engine pad behind the alternator? Give us the cowl tag data with build date too. Are there 2 fuel lines from the tank to the fuel pump and up to the carb? What carb is on it?
A good condition LM1 is getting up there since they quit making them in Dec. of 68. but without photos its really hard for folks to give a value but a range MIGHT be $15,000 to $25,000 and thats a big MIGHT.
Check for the things above and get back to us.
I have an LM1 and its insured for $40,000 right now but thats in good condition with many options too. :)

The car has 2 fuel lines, quadrajet, HS is the engine pad suffix, 12A is the build date, no X code, steel wheels with dog dish hubcaps, has the valve on the subframe, console with turbo 350, no other options but AC. Motor still has tie down straps on it. Complete car never been apart but needs rear panel on back due to vinyl top.

Im sure the CRG folks will take note of your car but to keep records of it, they want the VIN and all cowl tag data as well as the tranny and axle numbers. The write up on LM1 is in the CRG data: LM1 info (http://www.camaros.org/lm1.shtml). Any chance of pics ?

I've had several. The highest that one has gone to date was three years ago. It was a 4speed, Hugger Orange, Tach Dash, Gauges car. I remember it going for around 28k. The lowest one went for 15k, in decent driver condition. Recently there have been two "project" RS LM1's on ebay, both had numbers matching, and they went for 15k and 16K. Had a nice one in Moultre year before last, and it was a no sale at 22k, but was a green/auto car.
I currently have an olympic gold / Muncie 3 speed, bare bones LM1 under resto right now. It's one of the cool stripped down models, no console, and dog dish rims. Real sleeper look. I am thinking that at current market, and based on the resto (not quite show, but real nice), that I will get around 25k-30k for it, unless the dreaded market adjustment happens!

Hope that helps, and as click said, please send Kurt with the CRG the info on your car for the database! Until the last year or two, there was still alot not known about these cars. BTW- Do you have 4 leaf or 5 leaf springs on the rear?
