I have a new Desktop Dyno Simulation software package from Comp Cams. I have been reading thru it and its seems pretty much up to date on basic desktop dyno runs. There is an optional (always is) "Pro Tool" section that requires additional upgrade for few bucks. This is described as an advanced feature. My question is , has anyone gotten this upgrade? Was it worth the $60 ? I am attaching the link to the program (s). Appreciate your inputs.

Last time I looked it cost $370 to up grade not $60. If you can buy it for that I'd jump with both feet.

Doesn't Mr. Gasket/Motion's Desktop2000, (i.e., D2k), cost like $50 to $60 now??
And you can get DRAG and a linkable "Cam Library" too for each about that??

Yes, I have that also but it is not as informative and illustrative as this Comp version. One thing that I don't like about the 2000 is that I can't leave the screen, yu know, minimize the window and go to another application like I can with the Comp version. With the Comp, I can toggle back and forth from Pat's program, the TC site, my work, and mail. This is really cool. Set backs will be the ungrade to a DynoTool advanced edition that will let me work with one or several engines and simulations on cam, heads, bore/stroke, timing, etc. I thought I understood the upgrade would be $60, but the more I look, its maybe $150. I will know Tuesday when I call Comp.
