Does anyone have a good pic of how the engine mounts on the frame are suppossed to be? I think I have mine backwards because the distributor is pretty close to the firewall.

350 sbc

I also have a 350 sbc and my distributor is only a 1/4" away from the firewall. I had to cut my wiring harness gutter to make room for the spark plug wire. I don't know if you can turn the mounts around. If you can you have to watch for fan to radiator clearance as well as the the fan shroud

Ya they are really close to the firewall, I have HEI and it is about an eigth to a quarter inch from the firewall..........................007
