For small holes use there Epoxy Putty. You will find many uses for that product on the car and around the house.

Im about to start with the swiss cheese pin holes in my trunk pan, Im planning on using a coat of POR15 first to seal rust, then their POR epoxy to fill the holes while the POR15 is still tacky, then smooth over the mesh on top of the putty, then another coat of POR15. Then while tacky a coat of white paint to lighten the pan before the splatter coat to finish.
The dealer I use, said that Mesh is awesome stuff and its VERY fine, use the latex gloves with it all the time.

Tony,
I rebuilt most of my trunk with powermesh! I think it is wonderful stuff. Ofcourse, it's always best to cut out rust, weld in new metal etc., but if you don't have the equipment/experience for that, then powermesh is a great alternative.

Exactly Dan why Im trying the Por Mesh. I dont have welders and cutters or even an air compressor yet so playing with this should be fun.

Dan email me a link to some info. on the August show out there ok? We are trying to work that into a long vacation cruise. One of my daughters goes off to college in August sometime and if I dont have to move her (thats what boyfriends are for) then it shouldnt interfer with a cruise trip for us to Seattle and Denver both.

Hey Alan,
That "masterseries" sounds really good. You wouldn't happen to have a website address and a normal address for PM industries? Thanks Alan!
