Sorry if this is a double post, I can't find the one I thought I already posted!
In any event, here's a photo of my new Hogan's Racing sheet metal intake. It was just under $3K, and I went this way in order to be able to keep my stock SS hood with my 502 and (potentially) an F2 blower. I could have gotten away with a performer-style intake, short throttle body, and an elbow (maybe...), but there would be too many airflow compromises.

very, very nice. Thought my 383 w/Blower would be cool, but now I'm just a "little" jealous.....

Dave,
What is the height difference between your Hogan and a stock Ram Jet Manifold? I have a 502 Ram Jet and I'm now leaning towards trying to use my stock 69 flat hood.

That's a real nice setup.
Jody - you have to update your website on the chevelle project.
I still love the look of the Accel Super Ram setup. Not sure how well it breaths and tunes but it looks real nice.

Really not sure, but since I have rectangular port heads, the ramjet wasn't an option for me. If they made a rectangular port version of the ramjuet manifold, I would have definately checked into it.

I am putting a 502 ramjet in a 69. I am using a stock cowl hood and had to cut out the center inner sheet metal to get it to clear the ramjet. The hood is at my sheet metal guys shop and I am having him finish out the edges were I cut it. A 502 Ramjet will not fit under a stock hood.
