I have an 02' that just quit running, will start and run for about 3 seconds and then dies. Changed out the fuel filter, did no good. Anyone have any ideas.

Check oil pressure switch.

I have heard that there are two oil pressure sending units on the V6, one for the gauge and one for the fuel shutoff. I called the parts housea they only list one sending unit.
Do you have any input on this.

Not sure on the V6 they may use the same one for both functions.Did you call a local store or a chain?If a chain store might give a local guy a call or the dealer.
