can any one tell me if the inner fender well bracket is the same on rs and standar model?

Besides the normal holes for emblems, the only differences in the fenders are the mounting brackets for the RS headlamps.

Where is this bracket? The one on the inside rear that mounts to the body or is it up front somewhere?
