When I use my right turn signal on my 69 x44 it flashes quickly.
I can turn it off after the turn, but as I am driving it will light on the dash again. Not sure if it is lighting outside the car .
Is this a problem that anyone has had in the past?

The Lights are flashing correctly on the outside of the car...........When it is stationary.
As I drive the right flasher indicator light will come on and get stronger and dimmer without me activating the right turn signal.
The bulbs are working just fine.
I would love to get out and check to see if the outside flashers are lit but this doesnt happen on a reguler schedule and only when the car is moving.
Any ideas?

If your not sure if its not lighting outside the car, then how do you know it is not working ? You said it not me...

Change the flasher (cheap), and give all your light sockets a good cleaning. And have someone stand out side the car and do an ops check on all your lights. You never know...you may have other lighting issues.

Also, check your grounds. Sometimes a bad bulb can cause that too. Have you had your guage cluster out? There is a ground there that caused me some similar problems on my 68.

I'm with kausboy. Electrical oddities are most often bad grounds..........

yup its a ground... either under dash or maybe at rad. supp. Make sure the bracket is behind headlight and wiper switch.(often discarded or hanging)
