take the springs out, flip the bolts and the bracket from top to bottom then you will be able to place the springs UNDER the axle. that will lower it a couple inches. does this help?

Na, the axle is on top of the axle right now.... theres a pic of it on my cardoamin from the back of my car if someone could help me out...i'll try to explain better.... im used to seeing U bolts holding the axle on, to the leaf springs but instead of that it has traction bars that are bolted on to a plate which is welded to the axle, i dunno if thats stock or not ?...but i bought a 1" block and it dosnt fit in the plate that is welded to the axle and the traction bar part, plus im worried the traction bars might hit ?
