I an running 3/8 brake line from p/s box back to a cooler on the front of the radiator. (67 Camaro)
At one time, I did my measurements with a p/s pump bracket that mounted the pump somewhat low. For various reasons it didn't work and I was delayed in my p/s pump aspirations. Between that time and now, I have replaced the brake booster and master cylinder. I had a shop do it because I was too dumb to give it a try.

That all went well but now that I have a different p/s pump bracket and am ready to get things going again in that department, I've noticed the brake lines are now relocated to closer to the outlet of the p/s gear box.

I may need to relocate these brake lines. Are these cut and flared like the 3/8" brake line I'm using for the p/s return line?
These brake lines that come from the master cylinder seem small. They seem much smaller than 3/8". Like 1/4 or smaller.

What would I do, just cut them and carefully bend them to an alternate location a few inches away and then re-flare them and attach them?

What do I do with these things? (I assume I'll have to bleed the brake system after this)?

I would just carefully bend the brake lines out of the way. If you cut them you are asking for trouble. Also brake lines are a double flare and are even smaller then a 1/4".

I have a double flare set but it only goes down to 1/4".
What size are these lines usually?
