I'm running my P/S fluid through a cooler mounted on the radiator. The return line will come out of the p/s box and to the cooler.

What would be more efficient, running the line from the p/s box to the bottom inlet of the cooler to exit from the top or the other way around?

Filling the cooler from the bottom is best. This method reduces and self-purges the air from the cooler.

I would think return from the steering gear-to-cooler-to-reservior/pump return.

Appreciate the advice......
