Did all 1969 Z/28's come with Smog equipment? I am putting my Z back to factory new and can buy compleete set up from Camaro Hi-Performance Inc but it is not cheep. I see alot of them without it and was wondering if they all came with it and it was just removed.

Yes. In 69 all manual transmission cars used a smog system.
